Our Mission
J & P National Youth Empowerment Network, NFP exists to empower youth and young adults—particularly those affected by systemic barriers such as homelessness, violence, poverty, and disconnection from educational and employment pathways. We are committed to providing culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and equity-centered services that foster healing, personal growth, and leadership development. Through a holistic approach that includes civic engagement, the creative arts, workforce training, and entrepreneurship, we equip young people with the tools to thrive, contribute, and lead meaningful change within their communities.
Our Vision
J & P National Youth Empowerment Network, NFP, operates as an affiliate of J & P Consulting Group, dedicated to fostering the growth and empowerment of young individuals. Within the “Youth Empowerment Network,” we are committed to investing in the youth, aiming to uplift and revitalize communities through innovative partnerships, cooperative efforts, engagement with parents and communities.
Our vision is a secure, inclusive, and diverse learning environment for young people.
This empowers them to reach their full potential by accessing resources across physical, mental, social, educational, and career development paths.

Violence Prevention & Safe Spaces
We create trauma-informed environments where youth feel safe, seen, and supported. Our programs offer alternatives to violence by building coping skills, community connections, and hope for the future.
Economic Mobility & Workforce Development:
We prepare youth for meaningful careers through job readiness training, internships, mentorship, and pathways to entrepreneurship, with a special emphasis on industries that align with their passions and talents.
Civic Engagement & Community Involvement:
We believe youth are leaders today. Our programs cultivate advocacy, civic literacy, and hands-on experiences with community service and local government, encouraging youth to become active change agents.
Creative Expression & the Arts:
We integrate the arts to promote healing, communication, and self-discovery. Whether through visual arts, poetry, performance, or digital storytelling, youth are empowered to express their narratives and vision.
Equity & Access:
We prioritize access for historically underserved populations, especially Black and Brown youth, LGBTQ+ youth, youth with disabilities, and those navigating systems such as foster care or the justice system.
By combining these elements, J & P National Youth Empowerment Network creates lasting impact and supports youth on their journey from surviving to thriving.
