Mariann Jordan is the Joint Owner of J & P Consulting Group LLC. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of J & P National Youth Empowerment Network, NFP. Although many companies were folding due to the economy, J & P was able to level up by securing 1.8 million dollars in funding to support other small businesses in their growth. With a proven track record of finding solutions to increase the top line and decrease expenses, J & P find solutions to move businesses forward.
Mariann is known in the business world for being aggressive, innovative, creative, and having the ability to produce well under pressure when faced with challenges. She operates from the premise that Black and Brown people deserve the same access to community resources, capital, and capacity building to meet their business visions. Mariann is a recognized leader and was recently named to the National Small Business Association (NSBA) Leadership Council.
On June 22, 2024, Mariann will receive an Honorary Doctorate in Humanitarianism for her countless contributions by way of community service, advocacy, and philanthropic work.
